Time is limited- Set clear and
realistic expectations and stay focused to gain your objectives in the minimum
amount of time. Lead according to a lean and focused agenda. Invite them to use
short self-learner materials. Keep an ongoing set of expectations.
All our communication relationships should be handled remotely. F2F communication is based on informal relationships. Also, social connection, work culture is created with the meetings. In remote, the informal connection is not created naturally. The New Normal SMART model is the solution for these gaps.
